Hi

Anyone got any ideas as to how I can find out which regiment(s) was used to "police" the POW camp at Hathern, Leics. during WWII?

I would think that the first place to try would be the local Record Office.

If they don't hold any paper record, they often have collections of old photographs which may help to identify a regiment.
