Has anybody used this site and is it any good for UK obituaries?

I am looking for obituaries Devon 1938 Harriet Amelia Tupman died Exmouth, Devon.

If it were me Vanessa I would contact the nearest Devonshire Library, as they nearly always copy the newspapers, which also include obituaries. Even though you are not in England, a lot of the staff can be very helpful in looking something up for you, if you tell them you are abroad.

Worth a try anyway.

If you click on this Vaness www.devon.gov.uk/ and then click on libraries,(left hand side) it will give you a link to `your libraries'. If you click on Exmouth, you should be able to find an email address to contact and ask if they hold newspapers for the area. If not I am sure they will tell you where they are held.
