Cuckfield Newspaper

I,m trying to find an inquest or newspaper report for the death of one of my ancestors who was found dead by the side of the road in Cuckfield West Sussex in 1913.
Can anyone point me in the direction of the relevent local newspaper?

It might be worth contacting the West Sussex Record Office http://www.westsussex.gov.uk/ccm/content/libraries-and-archives/record-office/collections/record-office-holdings.en as they hold copies of local papers and may be willing to look up the report for you, as you have a date.

The newspaper that would have covered this is the mid-Sussex times if that helps.
