Hi
Thats Annies Sister Fanny but it was put down on the census as Annie .Why the Annie i am looking for is Allen is because her mother Eliza Ann Allen had her before she married Henry Haines so she sometimes used Allen and sometimes Haines The Wiliam and Mary in the census you sent are her grandparents

Sue
I have found Annie of the Forest of Dean family history and A sites
Annie Elizabeth Allen was born in Westbury on Severn Gloucestershire
Q ending Sept 1882. Vol 6a page 251
She was baptised on 13 August 1882 her mothers name was Elizabeth Ann Allen and her father's name is not given "base born"
her marriage to William Quartley can be found also in Vol 6a on page 610a
the FOD site say this took place on 21 April 1902
he was a Carpenter and she had no occupation stated. His father was a Caster named Thomas Quartley her father is unnamed.
I have not found her on the census records but I hope this is not information you have already and helps.
