Thomas Manary (Lurgan?)

Looking for family/information of a Thomas Manary who is believed to have left (Lurgan?) Ireland and moved to Kent late 1800s and married into a family - surname of which is FREEMAN-HORNE.

Its been suggested I try - IFHF database for all Ireland. Can anyone here advise further please.
