Has anyone access to parish registers for Shearsby?

I am trying to obtain information about my GGGF, Joseph Hayes or Hays born in 1792 or 1798, possibly in Shearsby.

Unfortunately, census details are not helpful in confirming his date of birth.

I have information about his life if anyone else is interested.
