Hi all,
I am trying to find out more of my branch of the Guise family who migrated, and settled in the South Island of New Zealand. We have gone back as far as John Guise who married Elizabeth Careless in 1702. His father may have been Thomas married to Ursula. Thomas may have been the son of Hercules married to Joyce Stafford.Would love to find out more of these earlier Guises and see where they are tied up with the more well known ones,from the estates of Elmore, Rendcombe, Brockworth and Highnam.If anyone has more information, or could steer me in the right direction, would love to hear from you.
