I have found one of my BEST ancestors in the Berkshire Burials on FamilyHistory Online.
Caroline BEST, 22/5/1861 Age: 3wks, St Andrews Clewer, South Place. Clewer Windsor.
The problem is I cannot find a corresponding birth or death registered. I would like to send off for the birth certificate.
I do actually know her parents were Henry and Caroline BEST, born in Germany and have found them on the 1861 census, so even if I find the certifiicate I don't think I'll get much more information. Would there be more information in the actual parish register and does anyone know how I would go about viewing the entry.
Any advice very gratefully received.
