Just been searching for will and found that PRONI have digitized the wills and put them on line free to search so anyone searching for Irish ancestors go to

www.proni.gov.uk/view_Will.htm
and they are hoping in the future to put some originalss on there

Jeanette, I'm having a little trouble following the link you provided. It takes me to a page where an error message appears and the suggestion of returning to the search page. When I click to go to the search page I get a page not found error. I tried poking around for but with no luck. ...........Ed

Try
http://www.proni.gov.uk/index/search_the_archives/will_calendars/wills_search.htm

That's where you need to start - the other link is evidently the result of having already performed a search.

This is great! Works better without forename though. At least my lot survived past 1919!
