Another newbie

Hi I'm another newbie here but have dabbled in bits of family tree searching, or tried to for 2yrs maybe or slightly longer but am doing more of it lately, or trying to.

At the moment though my dads side is stumping me good and proper. It doesn't help with the few ones I have all came from Bedford/Cambridge area and don't have easy access to just wonder off to their record office like I can do where I live for my mums side.

Hi Sarah,

In reality you are very lucky to have ancestors in these counties as both Family History Societies have produced a large number of parish register transcriptions on fiche and cd. Which parishes in particular are your ancestors from?? If you post their names/dates plus what info you already have, I am sure we will be able to help you.
