I've had a look & can't find him, not even by using a first name search

His birth certificate would give the name of his parents

Births Mar 1844 MILLER Jacob Hexham 25 314

His grandparents are in Morpeth they have another grandson with them, William Miller aged 4 born in Bedlington

Try Millar, or James for Jacob
IGI only turned up James, but the Miller spelling came up with many interpretations eg; Mylar, Millor, Miler, Milor
