Chambers - Blackpool 1871

I'm trying to help a friend in Ireland get started with their family tree and I can't find anything on this family.
William CHAMBERS born Blackpool 1869 (I've found a Charles that might be the same person)
father supposedly Matthew
younger sister Polly

I know this is a real long shot with such little information but can anyone help with this info looking at the 1871 census??

Any help to get us started would be much appreciated.
