Hi, I am searching for the birth date (1797????) Middlesex, London and parents of my gr. gr. gr. grandad. All I know is his name was John James Bishop. He went by James. In the 1851 Census he was listed as being 52 years of age and his occupation was machine ruler.
He married Ann Elizabeth Wells May 15, 1820 Saint Luke Old Street, Finsbury, London. His son John James Bishop Jr. was my gr. gr. grandad.
Any help would be a miracle in itself.
