MONAGHAN

Could some kind soul please tell me if Monaghan is in County Armagh,and if not,could you please point me in the right direction?

No - Monaghan is a separate county, but you're close, as it shares a border with Armagh. I see there isn't a board for County Monaghan at the moment, but if you ask nicely, Bo Peep (= boss) has said she'll add Irish counties as required. However, she's also threatened to take them away if they're not used much, because they take up space on the server, in which case you'll have to use the General Irish board.

(Note to self: post something about Armagh interests while the board is still there!)

Thanks Arthur for all the helpful information,I`m really pleased you got back to me so quickly!!
I will ask Bo-Peep if she could possibly make room for lil ole Monaghan,at least for a while,just to see if it could be of use to perhaps a couple more of us "family historians".
