I'm trying to tie up some loose ends of one of my "twigs" and I have the above lady who was the daughter of William CHARLES of Kings Bromley, Staffordshire who married George WARNER at Kings Bromley, Staffs on 27 March 1815. According to the 1851/61 census records, she was born in Brailsford, Derbyshire c1798. I have found a marriage for this William CHARLES to an Elizabeth WOODHOUSE in Kings Bromley but not until 12 December 1802. I am therefore working under the assumption that he was married previously, maybe in Derbyshire, as I cannot find a previous marriage in Staffs.
Does anyone have a) the parish records of Brailsford who can confirm the above birth/baptism and give me details or b) is researching the above lady and can supply me with the missing details re her birth and her mother.
