I can't see a registration corresponding to those details in 1914. How sure are you about Biggleswade and do you know the mother's maiden name?

Hi Peter,
I'm sure about the date although the place may be different. I'm confident that it would've been in Bedfordshire. Unfortunately I don't know the mother's maiden name.

The only Arthur H Cox in the listings for that quarter of 1914 is:
Arthur H Cox Willesden 3a 538, mother's maiden name Gregg

Nowhere near Biggleswade. I have also looked under the alternative spelling for the surname, which I had better not put here as the message will be filtered out for rudeness, and there is no Arthur that quarter.
