Gibbons - 1891 census Kensington or Shoreditch

Can anyone help with my latest missing link:
Francis W GIBBONS born 1860 Kensington Lift attendant
Sarah Gibbons wife born 1856 Salisbury Wiltshire
George Frederick Gibbons son born 1886 Kensington

I know that in 1901 the family lived at 74 Herbert Street, Shoreditch RG13/270 page 16

Any help appreciated as the only other reference I have is for (Frank) Francis Gibbons in 1871 living with his parents Henry & Sophia Gibbons at 13 Johnson Street, Kensington. He disappears then until 1901!

Just had a look at Census 1871 and find:-

I can't find a 15 year old Sarah Rackham.
