George Giles born c1859

Any info on George Giles born c1859 in Wiltshire. Sorry its not much to go on! I have his father mentioned as James Giles on George's marriage certificate, but then on his second marriage certificate it has his father as GEORGE, so i dont really know which is the right one? George was said to have walked from Wales to Northumberland sometime after 1871 I think, looking for work? Any info would be great! Thanks for reading.

Hi - Checked Ancestry I can only find one George Giles born in Wilts between 1858 - 1860

Hi! and thanks eileenb. This one is actually on my "to do" list of certificates. I was actually hoping someone would "pop out of the woodwork" and say "I know him -he's........" Shame, it never happens like that for me.:o
