If you go to www.freebmd.org.uk (http://www.freebmd.org.uk) , "search", "marriages", put in sewell as the surname and carlisle as the registration district, and 1850 as the end date, most of the names you list will come up. For the earlier children 1837 (the start date for this site) may be a bit late but for Isabella for instance its about right. You could run deaths for the males (and females if they died unmarried) but we didn't record death ages in the index at that point so it's hard to identify from the index

If you think you have found a member of your family, you can order the birth cert online but put in the parents names as a rider, then they will only send you certs with those parameters and only charge you a reduced search fee for the wrong uns. Same for death certs, if you specify an age at death.
Good luck
