Is anyone descended from James ireland who married Jean Robertson at Cupar 17/1/1821? Their children were Thomas b 7/6/1822 Cupar, Clementina b 22/10/1824 Cupar, Isobel 18/10/1827 Cupar and Jean 12/2/1831 at Cupar.

Hi. I havent traced the ireland family down far but I have my Jane Robertson marrying James Ireland 17/11/1821 at Cupar Fife. They had 4 children > Thomas 7/6/1822, Clementina 22/10/1824, Isobel 18/10/1827 [unmarried lived in Dundee] and Jean 12/2/1831
1851 census Cupar has James ireland 55 wright b Ceres [c1796]
Clementina dau 25 b Cupar
Jean dau 20 b Cupar
and 3 sons belonging to Jean! James ireland 3 b Cupar grandson of James
Robert Morrison 2 b Cupar ""
William Foraker [Frazer or Farquar] 1 b Cupar GS of JAmes


Clementina Ireland married Andrew Purvis Harris and had Isabella Elizabeth 13/12/1858 at Dundee and Jean 14/1/1862 Dundee and Agnes 1868 Cupar
In 1854 Clementina made a claim against peter Ritchie a ploughman of Tarvit about the birth of a female child 23/ 11 /1841 [Cupar ailment and decrees].
So I have a spare Thomas Ireland I have not traced [son of James and Jane Robertson] and a James [son of Jean]. Can you connect back to any of these. Cheers
