Birth place of William Turner

I'm trying to find the birth place of William Turner, b about 1790.

In the 1851 census for Montgomeryshire, (Class HO107, Piece 2498, Folio 508, Page 17) it has been transposed as Winington, Shropshire. However I can't find a Winington.

Has anyone any ideas?

Winington and Alberbury were (are) near Shrewsbury

Thank you for your help. That extra "n" makes all the difference. It falls in nicely with other surrounding place names that I have (Buttington and Trewern).
