When a relation of mine BEATRICE MARY PARTRIDGE made her Will in 1961 she owned a half share of this property.
Does anyone know anything about this property? Who was owner of the other half share - seemingly not a relative? Had she herself been in business there herself? How long had it been known by this name?
When she died in 1968 she seemed to be much better off than her brother or sister who had pre-deceased her. One of her executors was a younger half-brother THOMAS JAMES MAYNE.
I should be grateful for any info. on that part of my family.
