WW1 Lancashire Fusiliers/Kings Own Royal Lancs.

Please could anyone tell me where, in France, these regiments served during the First World War? 3rd Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers and KIngs Own Royal Lancashire Regiment. I have been told that records have been destroyed in WW2 but someone must know where they served. Would appreciate help in this.
