Can anyone help with my research on the Stevenson family who resided in the Wolstanton area between 1899 and 1905. My Grandmother Mary Ann Gilbert married Thomas Stevenson (her first husband) in Glasgow Scotland in 1899 and moved to Wolstanton shortly afterwards where their son William and a daughter Rose Hannah were born and possibly their son John was born their too. I believe Thomas Stevenson was in the military(army) during their stay in the Wolstanton area.I have checked the 1901 census for them with no success. Can anyone tell me if the military had their own census in 1901.
