Can anyone help with locating father/family of James Rushton. His name may also be James.
Son James b. May 5, 1819 in Colne, Lancs. Married Mary Richardson Dec 25, 1840-41. She died June 1844 in Colne.
Children Sarah 1841, Robert 1842-1843, Margaret 1843Colne-1909Canada.
James then married August 1848 sister Elizabeth Richardson b. May 17, 1825. She died July 9, 1897 in Canada.
The Richardson women had at least 1 brother Thomas Richardson who lived at No.3 Hope Terrace, Nelson Nr. Burnley Lancashire England (from letter). He had sisters Margaret, Priscilla, and Susannah in England; and a son and daughter Elizabeth. Most of them worked the looms at Lameshaze Mill.
