unwanted certificate for Howard

I have a certificate for a James Howard died 1838 aged 4. Died of Whooping cough.

I don't need the certificate of this child, but wonder where the James Howard you are interested in came from.
I have a James Howard in my ancestry. I don't know much about him yet except that he was a gamekeeper.
His daughter Sarah Howard was born about 1821 in saxmundham, Suffolk. She married 1) Charles Clement Cook, and 2) Benjamin Fenn Last.

I would be very interested to know if you have any links to them.
