Abigail Johns

Hi Sharon,
I have a Francis Bennet(t) marrying Abigail Johns in Philleigh 1770. He appears to have taken her back to Gerrans.
What I was wondering was, there does not seem to be a family of Johns in Philleigh. Could Abigail have been a servant, having moved away from home?

WardyUnfortuantely the PR do not give any details of Abigail al they say is
Fracis Bennett of Gerrans m. Abigail JOHNS 30th April 1770. However I can find no record of her baptism in Philleigh or Veryan you might try Ruan Lanihorne
