I have Phillimore's Parish Records Vols 1-11. Are there any further volumes and if so, are they generally available? I am particularly interested in the Helpringham, Horbling, Folkingham and Irnham area prior to 1700.

There were only ever 11 volumes published of the Lincolnshire marriage registers by Phillimore's.

Phillimore and his team didn't transcribe the registers of every parish in Lincolnshire. But he did do a huge number of them!
A complete list of parishes included can be seen here (http://www.parishchest.com/en-gb/dept_1451.html) (and the full set is available on CD)

Hi Peter,
The dates might be a bit too late for you, but have a browse of the contents at

Ignore the heading :) - scroll down the page.

Thanks very much Pam and Rod; helpful as ever. Not much progress except that the Heckington site solved a problem in that I don't have Excel, but was able to download an Excel viewer, so now I can read some of my magazine cover freebie cds.:D
Thanks again
Peter
