Census Help 1901

Really need some help on this. I am looking for a William and Sarah Kilford, most likely in Salisbury, Wilts. They had four children Cis (?), William, Sydney and Stanley. I only know Sydney's birth which was 1903, so i'm not sure if any of the other children would be with William and Sarah in 1901.

On the BMD site i found a marriage 1898 Mar qtr Salisbury for a William Henry Kilford, but there were two marriages at this time and the wives were Sarah Elizabeth Eames and Elizabeth Harris Chapman (The other husband being Alfred Ostler). I'm hoping that the William married Sarah and that they are my William and Sarah!!

Can anyone help me on this?
