I hope someone can help me with this mystery,the lady named here is my Gt GT Grandmother married in 1837 of full age in London, on the 1851 census she states that she was born in Cumberland I also know that she married in London in 1837 and was of full age and her father was Thomas, other than that I know nothing, any guidence as to were to start looking would be gratefully appreciated

have you found her on the other census'? her death cert might be helpful with info as well. other than that you will have to go to your local FHS and research the microfilm or fiche (or what they have) to find her birth. Census info can be very helpful as well for address's, occupations, children etc.
