Hi to Hertfordshire people -
I live in Australia & wonder if SKS is able (& also willing) to look up the Parish records/BT's etc for Stocking Pelham (and nearby areas if not too much trouble) in search of -
MARRIAGE: BRAME/BRAHAM, William to "unknown" c. 1815-1826
BIRTH: BRAME/BRAHAM, Sarah c. 1822
BIRTH: BRAME/BRAHAM, Rebecca c. 1824
DEATH: BRAME/BRAHAM - wife of William c. pre 1827
William BRAHAM married Sarah KNIGHT in 1827 in Berden, Essex.
However at that time he was a WIDOWER........ and he was from Stocking Pelham.
No children are shown in the Parish Registers for Berden for William and Sarah so there is a possibility that his earlier marriage may have taken place in Stocking Pelham.
Of course his first wife may not have been from Stocking Pelham, but if not, at least please let me find the births of the 2 girls..... :-)
