1841 Census Look-up Skiggs/Skeggs

I wonder if anyone could help me by looking in the 1841 Census. I am looking for William Skiggs possibly Skeggs he was born c1839 in Barking, Essex. From his marriage certificate his Father is Thomas and is a Carman. I cannot find him in 1851 or 1861. In 1871 he is with his wife Martha (Jarrett).

There is this family on the 1841 census living Heavy Waters Barking. Maybe his father changed his occupation?
