Wishing to make contact with anyone researching my mother's side of the family which starts with LAWRENCE COXALL who married Sarah PLAYER in 1797. Other names the COXALLs married into include: CRICHTON, KING, YOUNG and SYMONDS.

Hi Jim -

I may have a link to the YOUNG branch of your family. One branch of my family is Young, and I have discovered the family came from Hertford, Radbeth and Watford during the 1790s. Please let me know if you would like more information and if you think there may be a link.

Hope to hear from you!

Kate

I wonder if that's a candidate for the "odd place names" thread. Radlett??

Kate,
Sorry to disappoint you but the Young who married into my mother's family came from Wyberton near to Boston in Lincolnshire. AFAIK her family had been there for at least two generations.
Best wishes,
Jim Pratt.
