COULTHARD in Downham?

I am trying to trace SAMUEL COULTHARD and his wife JANE. His children were born in Downham with the earliest one I have found being 1811 and the latest 1823. I would like to try and find the date and place of their marriage, JANE's maiden name (possibly BELSON as this appears as an unusual middle name in sons and grandsons), where SAMUEL was born/baptised around 1775 and when JANE was born/baptised in Snettisham, Norfolk around 1780.

Any information on Cambs COULTHARDs gratefully received.
