LOOKING FOR Hannah Stables born about 1776 Millom. She married my earliest known Laidlaw ancestor-William b c1776 Scotland. Can be spelt as Laidlaw, laidlow, Laidley. The marriage must have taken place between 1800 and 1816 and may have been in Liverpool as first child baptised there. margaret

Hi Margaret, unfortunately I am not able to help you,but hopefully you may be able to help me.
I have been trying for ages to trace Stables ancestors,but am stuck.
I have a Henry Stables 1810 from ? married Elizabeth Benson 1811 at St Bees.They had a daughter Hannah 1854.
Hannah married William Bone 1884, but died in childbirth 1894.
Hope this is the same family, since Hannah may be a family name.

hello rene. Sorry but i have not done much research into the Stable family. Have only tried to find birth and marriage of my Hannah. Think we have the right birth but cannot trace her marriage which was probably in liverpool. Hope you have some sucess with your research. Regards. Worshipper
