HILL Cork cutter

I am trying to find anything about the birth and parents of Thomas Hill born about 1830 to William Hill, cork cutter. Thomas's place of birth on the 1851 census was given as Lincolnshire ( occupation cork cutter and by then living in Uttoxeter) and a place beginning with K. Possibly Kelstern but difficult to decipher.
I would be grateful for any help. Thanks.

First thoughts

1851 appears to say Kester (age 25)
1861 Cesta (age 37)
1871 Lincoln (not much help, age 44)

I'm thinking Caistor c1826.
