Porton Wilts 1827-1837

I am trying to find the baptisms of Charles Dicks 1827c,Ann Dicks 1830c,Stephen Dicks 1835 and George Dicks 1837.

Their father was a John Dicks who married Elizabeth(unknown surname).

I am trying to confirm Elizabeth's maiden name,she was born in Charlton,wilts in 1801c.

I have found all the children on ancestry.co in census' 1851-1881 but no luck anywhere else, ie 1837.com Free cen and free BMD.

Can anybody please help or at least suggest what I need to do next,to find the information.

hi there, have you tried the igi on family search, i have typed in charles dicks and got the date of 18th july, 1826, would this be the right one?

Hi annierich1, I can confirm Elizabeths surname as Perry. My sister has done quite a bit of research on this line as we are both direct decendants, are you from the same line? What line are you interested in,or from? Most of the Dicks from our line come from Porton or Idmiston,

- Hannah M Perry b 1865 m1883 George S Vallis (Valles)
- Robert Perry married Ann Vallas 1810 Orchestron St Mary

Bit sparse info I know....but havn't got around to digging deeper on those as yet.....so any info appreciated.
