Try RG 9 1999 f8. He was born c1854 in Willenhall, Staffs.

For future reference John, as you specified Iver, Bucks. There ARE seven ADEY's on the 1851 Bucks. Census but not in Iver. Should you feel that that there might be a link at some time, let me know and I will give you the details.
