If anyone has access to or any records relating to this school C1815 I would love to hear from them. An ancestor appears to have been the school master at that time.

Hi.
The Edward Betham School is still in being, it's located in OldfieldLane south.
Greenford, in the london borough of Ealing.
I know a teacher who teaches there, If you would like to give me a name I
would be willing to ask her if she could find any information that might be of help to you.
Regards Tom.
PS both my grandchildren attended the school.

Hi Tom, sorry for delay in contacting you I have been away!

Would be extremely grateful if you could check on the name JOSEPH CLAY who I understand was schoolmaster there about 1816 and would love to know anything that comes up on him.

Regards, Irene, Australia

Hi Irene,
I know this is an old posting BUT, if you are still trying to find info on Betham School / Edward Betham CE School. You could always try contacting Rev. Neil Richardson, Rector At Holy Cross Church, Greenford. I know Neil and he might be able to check the church records. As the school comes under his church.

I hope you get this message, if I can help in anyway please let me know.

Regards

Andy - Greenford, Middlesex,

PS: I have local photos of the school etc if you would like them?
