Had a quick look at the 1851 census. There is a "Vickerage" on there, 17 years of age, working as a servant.

Have you got any first names for them?

A bit earlier than you requested but from the Phillimores Marriage Index of Cleeve Prior:

28 October 1722 Henry VICARIDGE & Sarah DYER
2 February 1729 Henry VICKARIDGE & Ann BALLARD, both of Cleeve Prior
22 November 1748 John WEBB & Hannah VICKARIDGE, of Cleeve Prior
3 June 1754 William HOLTOM & Sarah VICARIDGE, s
31 December 1792 Edward OSBORNE & Eliz. VICKRIGE, both of Cleeve Prior, by licence
24 April 1802 Thomas VICARIGE, widower & Ann LAMPIT, widow of Cleeve Prior
17 March 1812 William WILLIS, b & Eliz. VICKRIDGE, s of Cleeve Prior

Unusually for Phillimores the marriage index goes up to 29 January 1837 from 29 September 1599, and there are no other VICKERIDGE and variants marriages after the one in 1812.

There is also a marriage at South Littleton on 2 March 1785 of a Richard VICKERIDGE & Mary HARRIS both of South Littleton and one at Bushley on 13 October 1763 of James JACKSON, parish of Longdon & Mary VICARAGE.

Family History Online is an extremely reasonably priced pay per view site which has both marriages and burials for Cleeve Prior so that might be worth a look. BMSGH has transcribed MIs for Cleeve Prior on fiche which can be purchased.
