Hi

My grandfather Leslie Smith died in WW2. My Grandmother Lilian Maud SMITH emigrated to Australia arriving in Sydney June 1949.

Sometime between these dates, per family legend she was housekeeper to the Queen's (would have been the Queen Elizabeth 2 mother at that time) doctor. How would I find out who the Queen's doctor was at this time? And I assume from there I could get the electoral rolls checked to confirm this legend?

My father was born in 1940. He remembered being in a boarding school while young.

Unfortunately both he and my grandmother are deceased.

Regards
Helen

Not unless you know his address which you are unlikely to find out.
