:) Hi
I'm currently researching the name Ganfield from Wedmore, Somerset. Ihave Joanne Ganfield bn 1854 married to Henry Amesbury also from Wedmore, Somerset. Henry and family subsequently moved to Monmouth [1881 Census] then onto Pontefract, Yorkshire. Henry worked in the mines. Joanne's father was James and I believe she had two brothers both named John, although it appears the eldest son died before 1867. Any help reference James would be very much appreciated.
