name decipher on marriage cert

Hi, looking for help deciphering a name on a marriage cert. It's the bottom right I'm having trouble with. My best guess is a female, the two names above are men and look heavy handed (Isaac Cheetham and GLH Storr Lt 108 Reg) the one to the left looks a female gentle hand (Jane Cheetham). Again my best guess Mary Ann .... but can't get the rest Fr*** maybe?
Certainly no family on either side of their families give me a clue, so I'm think a friend of the groom?

Hi Pam, yes I gave up in the end, I think I need to delete the thread. It appears I need to upload to a 3rd party image website then use their url to link it....I'll persevere without Brit genealogy help with this one I think
