    Welcome to the British-Genealogy forums

If you came to us from FWR then reading This will tell you a little about us.

Unfortunately you will not find anything online about your father's service in WW11 as the records are still held by the MoD.
This 'sticky' explains where you can apply and gives links for downloading the necessary forms. You will need your Dad's death certificate, 30pounds and patience because it will take a few months to receive the records. This is because so many are applying at this time.
Sometimes paranoia is just having all the facts.
