    Hi Frankie,

    Thanks for the names and other details about your great uncles.

    As you can see, Devonmade has come up trumps with a memorial in the UK for Walter.

    You're already ahead of me re the National Memorial Arboretum, as I was going to suggest that to you.

    Most war memorials (as we know them) tend to be limited to people who died in WW1 and WW2 so I don't think Cedric will be on any other, apart from the National Memorial Arboretum.

    While searching for more info on Cedric, and perhaps another memorial, I came across the Dannatt One-name Study: https://dannatt.eu.

    It mentions the areas that you mention in a post on another thread, so might be of interest? However, nothing more there on Cedric.
