    Welcome to British-Genealogy
    It seems you have this
UK, Naval Medal and Award Rolls, 1793-1972
    Carmelo Pulis
Medal or Award - Star, Victory Medal, British War Medal
    Service Year - 1914-1920

I found the record on ancestry, a pa yper view site but your local library may have the free version.
I put Carmelo Pulis WW1 into a search engine and This site came up with a short mention of him.
I can't get TNA to give any results for him but there are results for others using just the surname. Also hits for Jellicoe but you have to look at the dates because his son served in WW11

When and where did Carmelo die?

Hi, is it your family tree on Ancestry with a photo of Carmelo's headstone?

Find My Past a pay to view site has a photo of Carmelo on his Merchant Seaman record; it has his birth as 4th Aug 1894, is that correct?
