The children appear to have been registered with the surname Brown
Interestingly Wilfred Lawrence and Herbert who were born after 1911 when mother's maiden name was entered on the GRO records, both have MMN as Stockdale suggesting Annie Brown was the lady's married name, perhaps not all four children were Wilfred's.

Hi I am new to this forum and your post caught me by surprise, My name is Lee Catton, Wilfred Lewis Catton is my great great uncle. My Grandfather was named after him. I was given Wilfred Lewises medal and the information youve received is correct. Arthur Ernest Catton was my Great Grandfather i have many old family photos none of Wilfred. I will share any information I have and would love any information you have and how Wilfred is related to you.
