Looking at the 1871 census, there are some Interesting relationships there. Was Frederick's mother Harriet or Hannah? And can a 9 month old child have a 1 month old brother?

I reckon you're going to have to do some digging to find proof of birth there.

    Surely Frederick's mother was Harriet?

Is it possible to have the census records of Hannah 's father,Arthur John Neale as far as they go back?

I wouldn't say it's that clear at all. Are you looking at the census returns for yourself? Free of charge at the library, if that's an important consideration. In any case you can't rely on census records to provide accurate relationships - you need birth and marriage records.

In the 1871, look also at the census record that contains James Harrison b abt 1865
