Default Army discharge - please help with army codes.

Army No. 1614597: Name: HAYDEN, John Henry: ...Cause of becoming non-effective... HAP/s 10/3/46 Z/T. DISCH AGE LIMIT.

John Henry was born January, 1911, which would have made him 35 at the time of discharge. Would some kind person tell me what HAP/s and Z/T mean.

    thank you.

    Hi

Z means army reserve, he was discharged from the army but could be recalled later if there was the need.
Not sure on the rest sorry.

    regards

" HAP 1 -hazard abatement program, 2-host access protocol, 3-high accident potential, 4-[AR 310-50] Home Owners Assistance Program "

I'm sure I've seen this query come up before....
