Now we know that the Dunford Family lived at 20 Naylor Street Liverpool,Lancashire.from at least 1812 to 1825 Source the Children Baptism Records,
Now it has been found by Ancestry Aid and Genes Reunited, that John and Martha Married in 1811,At St Marys Church Liverpool Lancashire,1 year before there first Son John Dunford Born 1812 at 20 Naylor Street Liverpool,
So did John and Martha move into 20 Naylor Street after there Wedding in 1811,Seems likely,
Or did John Dunford Born 1778 Carter,Live there before the Marriage to Martha,
it is coming together now.Now what Schools would there Children Attended does St Marys have a School,
then in 1826/1827 ,They moved out of 20 Naylor Street St Marys Parish ,to Titchfield Street, St Anthonys Parish ,Still Holding 20 Naylor Street, Where his Stables were, And his Occupation as Carter, source, Death of John Dunford born 1778,in 1937 of Naylor Street.Died at 3 Titchfield Street .Son John Dunford Born 1812, Paid for his Funeral Source St Anthonys Burial Records.

    Hello
We are a genealogy site with members who try to help each other by looking up records on pay per view or free sites. British-Genealogy does not hold records of any kind whatsoever.

I would try contacting the main Liverpool library to see if they can help with your query re records of horse carters in the 1800's

from the Dunford bible.there is another story which could help
Edith Ann Dunford born 1885 died 1971, in Liverpool Daughter of john dunford born 1858 and mother mary ann mcmonagle
married wilfred burlinson born 1883 died quebec canada in 1907
    married in liverpool 1906
now this all starts in 1906 when Edith Ann Dunford wrote a book
when showed to a well known publisher he read it several times and wrote out a contract and published the book( never found the name of the book but he paid her good money for it.as you will see
she got paid soon after she got married for the book,
now she would keep this money hidden in her house which they did then never trusting banks
well out shopping one day wilfred her husband returned home early searched for the money and found it .leaving a note saying sorry but wants a better life.took the money on a cattle ship to america
well her Parents were doing well John Dunford Forman of Works at the Liverpool docks.his Wife and Daughters working in two Drapery Shops they Owned one in 64 Seaforth Street Seaforth Liverpool, the other walking distance away,
well after he left Edith they told her to keep quite about it it was to Embarrissing,
but there came on the Liverpool Radio a Detective who told true stories .and crimes .when the show finished he gave out his office address in liverpool and send anybody you want tracked down i can do it.just get in touch
So they got in touch told him the full story
and soon afterwards he was found living in a good hotel in brazil
the detective told him to return to his family in Liverpool or he will tell the Brazilian police and they would throw him into prison.
so Wilfred Burlinson returned home the Dunford Family held a Party on his Return
he said he was sorry and stayed a while.long enough to make his wife pregnant.then took the rest of the money and Disappeared,
later in 1907 he died in Quebec Canada in another Hotel,Never seeing his Son which was born in 1907 same year he Died
So is there away to find about the book she wrote.as he could use the money to go to america to brazil return to england then go to canada.and pay his keep must have been some book.

perhaps you can help me with this one

in the 1851 census of liverpool.
referred to no 3 court 32 Maquire street Liverpool
    John Dunford /Head/Mar/Broommaker/b-Liverpool
Ann Dunford /Relation to Head of Family and condition Not Entered /30 /b-Liverpool
    Ellen Dunford /Dau/5/Scholar /b-Liverpool
    Henry Dunford /Son /2/b-Liverpool
    Thomas Dunford / Brother/Mar/33/Carter/b-Liverpool
    Sarah Dunford/Wife/Servant/b-Liverpool
    Albert Dunford /Son /Scholar /b-Liverpool
    James Dunford /Son /Scholar/b-Liverpool
Now when the Census People Wrote this. They Must have found they were Not Married.Or they would have Written Wife, under Ann Dunford Name,Relation to Head of Family Not Entered
So When John Dunford Married Elizabeth Moss in 1835, Did they Never Devorce at that Time or Did Elizabeth Moss Die.
Because in 1881 Census Ann Dunford was then a Wife. Proven to the Census .Written In
Now i cant find a Death Certificate of Elizabeth Moss or a Marraige Certificate of John Dunford to Ann Hannah
and were the two familys living together because of the deaths of there children in their familys.

Default dunford familys given free land in waterford

last year travelled to Dublin Ireland to Trace my Wifes Family Murphy had much help from a Genealogist in Dublin ,who had Conections to Cineal Branches
who traced my Wifes Family for me
Now she has Written Back Something i should Know
in Britain the Dunford Family Come over with William the Conquerer 1066 .He had Two Generals both Brothers Name of Dunford,in William the Conquerer Army. After the Death of Harold 1066, The High Office in Williams Army were Given Land to Farm in Payment for their Services
the Two Dunford Brothers were most Respected were Given the Whole of Lancashire and Yorkshire .Where Today you will find River Dunford near Avon.Dunford Bridge .Dunford Castle,Village of Dunford and so on.

Then in Ireland in 1641 (Nearly 6 Hundred Years Later Dunford Family Still Ruled Lancashire and Yorkshire)
Oliver Cromwell Came to Ireland .Confiscating the Better Land of the Murphys in Wexford and Waterford.,But giving the Murphy Family the Farmland in Tipperary.Ballum.and Cashel

Upon Cromwell Return to Britain Cromwell Informed his Most Loyal Friends the Dunford Familys in Lancashire and Yorkshire ,There was Free Land to Farm in Ireland in Wexford and Waterford Ireland for Them,And the Dunford Family Accepted, Cromwells Land Grant,

The Local Farmers Still Murphy would Sell their Livestock,Horses.Sheep.Cows Poutry and also Seeds to Each Other.Soon Dunfords were Marying Murphy .And Living Peacefully Together

Now we have Traced Both Familys down to 1700,

We know that John Dunford Born 1782 Lived in Naylor Street Liverpool
Now if he is the Same Dunford from Ireland

With only 82 Years Between the Familys
It is Most Likly Descendants. But Need Tracing
    CAN YOU FIND ANYTHING MORE
